Design of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system for Hangzhou National Edition Hall

This paper presents the design of the air conditioning system of the constant temperature and humidity warehouse, puts forward three operating modes that can be flexibly switched in the initial stage of the warehouse construction, stable period of operation and wartime, and analyses their respective process and energy saving. The selection scheme of air conditioning systems in peacetime and wartime is given, and the method of recovering condensing heat from air-source heat pump unit and chiller unit as a reheating heat source in peacetime, and using outdoor air precooling to realize independent control of temperature and humidity in wartime is proposed. CFD simulation is used to optimize indoor air distribution. The control strategy of humidity control and fan frequency conversion is proposed by using the moisture content control instead of the fixed dew point method. Through commissioning and operation, the effectiveness of each design measure applied to the project is proved.
